Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of TheQuantCloud, QuantStudio, the QuantSDK, our API, and our websites (the "Services"), provided by TheQuantAI. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services are in beta
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis during an early/beta phase. Features may change, break, or be discontinued, and quantum simulation results are provided for development and research purposes without warranty of any kind.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and activity under them. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including: attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; using it unlawfully; or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your circuits & content
You own the quantum circuits and code you create. To operate the Services, you grant TheQuantAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and execute your circuits, and to use your circuits and their run telemetry — in pseudonymised form — to train and improve QuantRouter, our backend-routing model. This licence exists so we can run and improve the Services and is described further in our Privacy Policy. You can end it for future use by deleting your circuits or account.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, excluding your content and any open-source components under their own licences (e.g. QuantSDK under Apache 2.0), are owned by TheQuantAI. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties, and TheQuantAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.
